Meet Mark Hawthorne - Your Service Manager
"Hi, my name is Mark and I am the Service Manager at Honda of Mentor. I know that dependable transportation is a top priority in getting you and your family where you need to be safely. Just like you rely on your doctor to keep your body running smoothly and help you through rough times, you also need a capable auto service center that you can trust to keep your vehicles well maintained, and advise you in times of vehicular trouble – and
do it as a reasonable price. My team of advisors and technicians and I take a lot of pride in what we do to make sure you are always safe and deal with any vehicles up front and honestly. Sometimes it’s difficult to tell when a minor sounding shake, rattle or roll is a precursor to something more serious, and expensive, down the road. Once you drive into our brand new state-of-the-art service center you’ll know it will truly be a different experience. You'll be greeted by a courteous Service Advisor, clean floors and an inviting waiting area with free coffee, donuts, free wi-fi, and current magazines. This is a place that you can bring your children with you and take them home as clean as they came in. There’s even some children’s play area with books, some toys, a television to entertain them. The same thing goes for your car! It’s returned to you clean and free of grease or odors.
The service advisors at Honda of Mentor will listen closely to your concerns and explain in detail all needed repairs and/or maintenance, as well as what it will cost, before any work is done – there will be no price shock when the bill is presented! We are proud to have more Master Technicians on staff than any other Honda dealership in the area. Our technicians are all factory trained so that most repairs are completed the same day and all are warranted.

The Service Department also has extended hours for your convenience - Monday and Thursday from 7:00 in the morning until 8:00 in the evening; Tuesday & Wednesday 7:00 am until 6 pm, Friday 7:30 am until 6 pm and on Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
